Kiss Me Quick zarejestrowano 25 czerwca 1961 roku w RCA Studio B w Nashville. Na singlu ukazała się w kwietniu 1964 roku lądując na miejscu 34 listy Billboardu. Był to pierwszy singiel, który ukazał się w serii "Gold Standard Series". Alternatywna wersja piosenki znalazła się na czwórce w Hiszpanii "Elvis Presley Canta". Była to wersja z pominiętą ścieżką z wokalem grupy The Jordanaires.
