It Feels So Right nagrana została 21 marca 1960 roku w RCA Studia B Nashville trafiając na stronę B płyty długogrającej Elvis Is Back! (RCA Victor LPM-2231). W 1965 roku piosenka trafiła na ścieżkę dźwiękową filmu “Tickle Me” i wraz z Easy Question ukazała się na singlu (RCA Victor 47-8585) który opublikowano w maju 1965r. Piosenka dotarła do miejsca 55 listy Billboardu utrzymując się tam przez sześć tygodni.
