Piosenka została nagrywana przez cztery dni. 30 Kwietnia 1957r. nagrano pierwszą wersje filmową, 3 maja 1957r. druga wersja filmowa, 30 lipiec (Overdub Session) dograno gitarę Vinceta Terriego i 5 września 1957r. zrealizowano wersje master, która ukazała się na singlu Jailhouse Rock / Treat Me Nice (RCA Victor 20-7035). Każda z wersji różniła się nieco od siebie tempem i drobiazgami w postaci chóru czy uwydatnionej partii instrumentu. Wersje Treat Me Nice tak zwane wersje filmowe znalazły się na Jailhouse Rock (RCA/BMG 67453-2), Todey, Tomorrow & Forever (RCA/BMG 65115-2) 4xCD Set, Close Up (RCA/BMG 50537-2) 4xCD Set. Treat Me Nice dotarło do pozycji 18 listy Billboardu utrzymując się na niej przez 10 tygodni.
